Personal specification:
Experience within a senior residential lettings negotiator role
Excellent written and communication skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on your own
Looking to progress and have the opportunity to manage a team in the near future
Highly motivated
Computer literate
Prime central London experience would be preferred.
The company is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000, plus on target earnings of an attractive £65,000 to £75,000! A driving licence is not required for this position.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 5.30pm and Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm. NO WEEKENDS!
