This successful, independent estate agency in the London Borough of Richmond currently has an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their top-performing office in Kew.
Our client prides themselves on recruiting hard-working, enthusiastic individuals, and providing them with a dynamic, friendly, and professional environment to thrive in.
Personal specification:
- At least 12 months’ experience as a lettings negotiator within residential estate agency
- Knowledge of the local area
- Sales driven
- Assertive, confident, friendly & genuine
- Professional telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this lettings negotiator role will be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance or use of pooled car. Benefits include 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday, team commission, social events, and more!
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm and will get a day back in lieu for this.
