Our client is an upmarket, global real estate agency with anenviable reputationand an international network of offices, and is currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator & PA to their head of region in Chelsea.

Your role will include managing the daily running of the office to ensure the lettings team is able to operate at their optimal level, resulting in customers experiencing the first-class service that our client is renowned for.

This is a varied lettings administrator / PA role and would suit someone who is organised, self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail. To be considered you should have at least 1 years' experience within a property administration role and have the ability to work effectively on your own and within a team.

Personal specification:

  • Have at least 1 years' property administration experience in central London
  • Strong administration skills and experience – essential
  • Any PA experience would be advantageous
  • ARLA/NFoPP would be preferred
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.

The salary on offer for this lettings administrator / PA role will be between £30,000 and £35,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discount portal, and more.
