We're pleased to be working exclusively in partnership with a privately owned property and development company to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to their team in Winchester.

The business specialises in commercial property development, investment and advisory, managing its own property and land portfolio alongside providing development and property advice to a range of private clients.

This role is varied and will include elements of property and asset management together assisting in overall development of projects.

Role & responsibilities of the Surveyor / Senior Surveyor:

• Estate management of their existing owned portfolio
• Property management including managing rents, compliance
• Provide advice and assistance in the delivery of agreed acquisitions and development opportunities
• Lead appraisals and viability assessments of projects
• Take a proactive approach to the redevelopment of existing commercial properties maximising rents

Skills & experience of the Surveyor / Senior Surveyor:

• Educated to degree level ideally with a qualification in a relevant subject
• MRICS qualified is preferred by not essential
• Property and asset management experience of a commercial portfolio
• Development experience is advantageousbut not essential
• Strong understanding of the UK property and development market
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in relevant IT programmes including Argus Developer
• Strong established industry network
• A self starter capable of working independently or as part of a small team
• Full clean, UK driving licence

Salary & benefits:

• £40,000 – £50,000 base salary (Depending on experience)
