Building Surveyor in Winchester

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a successful office in Winchester. Working with a mixed team of surveyors and architects you will be given the opportunity to work autonomously whilst also having the support of an experienced team behind you. As an Internationally recognised consultancy they can provide a platform for you to develop and progress your career.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Writing specifications, preparing tenders and contract documentaton
• Contract administration
• Project management and supervision of works
• Preparing schedules of dilapidations
• Advising on mixed portfolio of buildings including historic assets

Skills & Experience:

• MRICS qualified (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and report writing skills

Salary & Benefits:

• £40-50k Base salary (depending on experience)
• Parking
