Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll support the delivery of projects for high-profile clients across the commercial, education, residential, retail, and regeneration sectors. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Assist in producing project documentation and progress reports
  • Help coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design teams
  • Attend and minute project meetings
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and evaluations
  • Monitor and report on contractors’ performance on site

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in a construction-related subject preferred (but not essential)
  • Previous project management experience within construction is beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and ideally Microsoft Project
  • Experience in report writing and delivering presentations
  • A proactive, personable, and team-oriented approach
  • Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, APM)
