Valuation Surveyor - Client side in Portsmouth

Valuation Surveyor opportunity to join a leading authority with an impressive property portfolio. They own assets nationally across all sectors includingcommercial, retail, industrial and leisure assets totalling £1bn in value.

Role & responsibilities of Valuation Surveyor

• The primary purpose is to lead and undertake the authorities\’ valuation function.
• Undertaking valuations of land and property for a variety of purposes
• Provide mentoring and support to graduate and trainee surveyor
• Required to produce and countersign complex valuations

Skills & experience

• MRICS and Registered Valuer (or able to become registered)
• 3-5 years PQE
• Knowledge and experience of land and Property valuations

Salary & Benefits:

• 37 hours per week with option of flexible working
• 26 days holiday rising with length of service
