A well-established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and commercial property specialists is looking to appoint an experienced Valuation Surveyor to join their growing team. This can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexibility without compromising on career progression. The firm provides a full range of valuation services across commercial portfolios, development sites, investment properties, loan security, financial reporting and more. You’ll work alongside an experienced, supportive team and take on high-quality client work from day one.
The Role
- Undertake commercial property valuations for loan security, acquisitions, disposals, and financial reporting.
- Prepare detailed, RICS-compliant valuation reports.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships with lenders, investors, developers and occupiers.
- Support business development and contribute to team growth.
- Ensure compliance with RICS and industry standards.
- Optional involvement in mentoring junior team members.

- RICS Registered Valuer
- Strong experience in commercial valuations.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
