Valuation Surveyor opportunity to join a leading authority with an impressive property portfolio. They own assets nationally across all sectors including commercial, retail, industrial and leisure assets totalling £1bn in value.
The primary purpose is to lead and undertake the authorities' valuation function. Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking valuations of land and property for a variety of purposes
- Providing mentoring and support to graduate and trainee surveyors
- Producing and countersigning complex valuations
Skills & experience:
- MRICS and Registered Valuer (or able to become registered)
- 3-5 years PQE
- Knowledge and experience of land and property valuations
Salary & Benefits:
- 37 hours per week with option of flexible working
- 26 days holiday rising with length of service
