Commercial Property Surveyor - Client side - Portsmouth
Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Surveyor to join the property and investment team assisting with the management of a multi-million pound property portfolio. They have a diverse portfolio including commercial, retail, industrial and leisure assets totalling £1bn in value.
Role & Responsibilities of Commercial Property Surveyor:
- Day-to-day property management of the portfolio - new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and various landlord and tenant work
- Managing and advising on acquisitions, disposals and lease restructures
- Instigating, negotiating, and agreeing a wide range of lease and licence agreements
- Assisting with valuations of all types of property
- Mentoring and support to graduate and trainee surveyor
Skills & Experience:
- MRICS
- Experience managing commercial portfolio - either client side or consultancy
- Knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant work
- Acquisitions and disposals experience
Salary & Benefits:
- 37 hours per week with option of flexible working
- 26 days holiday rising with length of service
