An exciting client side opportunity for a Senior Asset Manager to join an experienced and ambitious team providing a commercial focussed asset management service. The role will involve acquisition, management and disposal of a mixed property portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities of Senior Asset Manager:

  • Undertake all aspects of property management including lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiation of licences, wayleaves.
  • Take lead on more complex property management cases.
  • Lead and provide specialist support on acquisition and disposal of properties ensuring best value is achieved - up to and above £20m in value.
  • Identify and assess potential commercial property investment opportunities.
  • Assist in producing comprehensive property records for Asset Management purposes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Financial and budget management including; rent and service charge assessments and reconciliations.

Skills & Experience:

  • MRICS is desirable but not essential.
  • 5 years plus experience working within asset management.
  • Knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant work.
  • Acquisitions and disposals experience.

Salary & Benefits:

  • 37 hours per week with option of flexible working.
  • 27 days holiday rising with length of service.
