Our client is an Independent Chartered Surveying practice who provide building surveying, valuation, property management and agency services to a range of domestic and commercial clients in the local market.

Due to growth they are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their practice with option to be based from their office in Southampton or home-based, covering South Hampshire & Dorset patch.

The practice has a growing reputation and is looking for someone to develop their residential surveying service.

  • Some mortgage valuations

Skills & Experience

  • MRICS or Assoc RICS
  • Experienced undertaking residential Building Surveys
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Comfortable client facing
  • Salary & Benefits
  • £40-55k Base salary (depending on experience)
  • Home-based working available
