Principal Designer / CDM Consultant A leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are seeking a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to join their growing Health & Safety team. Their diverse portfolio includes projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Education and Public sectors. The Principal Designer / CDM Consultant will play a crucial role in managing the design process and ensuring that Health and Safety considerations are integrated from the outset of all projects. Duties: Providing CDM Consultant services on a wide range of projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate health and safety into design proposals. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Working closely with the CDM / PD Partner to manage key clients providing guidance and support on CDM regulations and best practices. Participate in design reviews and meetings to promote a culture of safety. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including health and safety files.
