Project Manager / Employer's Agent A well-established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Employers Agent to join their growing team in Kent. The consultancy provides professional services to a diverse range of clients, including housing associations, local authorities and private developers across the South East. As a Project Manager / Employers Agent, you will take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion, acting as a key client contact and leading the delivery of residential, mixed-use, regeneration and land-led developments. Working as part of a small and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, coordinate professional teams and build strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
