Associate Quantity Surveyor A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their established Quantity Surveying team based in London. The consultancy has an excellent reputation across the property and construction sectors, providing a full range of professional services to a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to take responsibility for major projects, develop client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the Quantity Surveying team. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will work across both Pre and Post Contract stages, providing high-quality cost management and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle. You will have exposure to a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, education, healthcare, commercial, regeneration and public sector schemes. You will also take responsibility for supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team, while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues to deliver projects and develop new and existing client relationships.
