About us
Property Master (Brokers) Limited is an FCA-regulated firm specialising in buy-to-let finance for landlords, from first-time investors to limited company portfolios. Around 95% of our lending is business-purpose BTL, alongside bridging, residential cases and insurance. We place business through TMA. There is far more business in our existing client base than we currently write. You'll work under our permissions, with an administrator providing support on packaging, chasing and case progression.
The role
- Source and advise landlords on buy-to-let purchases, remortgages and product transfers, including limited company and portfolio cases
- Grow the business from our existing client base: portfolio reviews, expiring products, new purchases and refinancing
- Arrange bridging for auction purchases, refurbishments and chain breaks
- Recommend landlord insurance, protection and other services where they fit the client
- Handle occasional regulated residential and consumer BTL cases
- Manage your cases from fact-find to completion, with support from our administrator
Package
- BTL, product transfer and residential proc fees: 15% up to £7,000 a month, 35% above
- Bridging proc fees: 20%; client broker fees: 10%; protection commission: 30%; other insurance and referral income: 20% (first year)

- At least 2 years advising on buy-to-let mortgages, ideally including limited company and portfolio landlords
- CeMAP or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification
- A current FCA individual reference number and a clean regulatory record
- Confidence building relationships and spotting opportunities in an existing client base
- The drive to grow your income, with the organisation to keep cases moving
- Bridging and protection experience is a plus but not essential
