Role: We are looking for a professional, proactive and customer-focused Weekend Concierge to work in a residential building.
This is a varied front-of-house position, combining excellent resident service with the day-to-day operation and presentation of the development.
You will be responsible for ensuring the building remains safe, secure and well maintained.
On Fridays and Saturdays you will work alongside the onsite team, while on Sundays you will be responsible for managing the site independently.
Key Responsibilities Provide a welcoming, professional and helpful service to residents, visitors and contractors.
Manage resident enquiries in person, over the telephone and via email.
Control access to the building and ensure only authorised visitors are permitted onsite.
Carry out regular internal patrols to maintain security and identify any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including water leaks and other building incidents, taking immediate action where required and escalating when necessary.
Assist residents by providing guidance during building issues and ensuring clear communication throughout.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, contractor attendance and daily activities.
