PMR work with luxury residential buildings across London and are currently seeking temporary concierges. If you have experience in concierge/receptionist, we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
- Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
- Patrols
- Key handling
- Parcel handling
- Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
- Looking smart and well presented at all times
- Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members
The successful person must have strong administrational skills and outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
