We are looking for regular, temporary cleaner cover for a high-end residential site in Birmingham.
Rate: £13ph
Cleaning Responsibilities:
- Clean to a high standard all internal and external public/common areas, including Cinema Room, Gym, Meeting Room, Post Room, Public Toilet Facilities, Lift Lobbies, Lifts, Residential Corridors.
- Carry out the following tasks:
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard flooring.
- Clean mirrors, pictures, glass, windows, doors, and entry panels.
- Empty and replace waste bins.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, ledges, skirting, paintwork, and balustrades.
- Clean and disinfect sanitary fittings and fixtures in all public toilet facilities.
- Clean lift interiors thoroughly (floors, buttons, ledges).
- Ensure entrance, hallway, and stairwell walls are clean and tidy.
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas at all times.
- Ensure the gym area is clean and well maintained with regular checks on water supply, blue roll, and general servicing.
- Report any defects, damage, or health issues.
