Our Client are looking for Cleaners/Caretakers to work on a temporary basis at residential developments across London.

Working hours will vary dependant on the Client, typically around the hours of 8am - 4pm.

Salary ranges from £13.00 per hour - £13.85 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday pay per hour) Duties include: Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.

Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.

Undertaking regular building patrols.

Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the building at all times.

To inspect and clean all internal communal areas including windows and surfaces, ledges doors and skirtings.

General cleaning duties of communal areas (subject but not limited to: gym area, lifts, communal landings, corridors and stairwells Vacuum and mop the floors of communal areas.
