We’re looking for a detail-driven and creative Digital Marketing & CRM Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across our growing workspace portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital content while ensuring the data behind campaigns is accurate and well managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging content across websites, social media, and email channels.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns including digital and paid activity.
  • Assist with PPC campaigns by uploading assets and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Build and manage email campaigns within CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Support broker marketing initiatives including campaigns and promotional content.
  • Produce reports on campaign performance including engagement metrics and social analytics.
  • Analyse trends and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills

  • Experience producing engaging content across digital channels (social media, email, websites).
  • Experience managing CRM or marketing databases with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging marketing content.
  • Comfortable analysing marketing performance data and producing reports.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns and digital marketing metrics.
  • Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience within B2B, workspace, property, or hospitality marketing environments.
