Our client is looking for an experienced Housing Manager to join their Affordable Housing team in Southeast London. You'll be the primary point of contact for residents across your patch — managing tenancies, driving performance, and making a real difference to people's lives. This is a front-line role where no two days are the same. You'll need to hit the ground running, balancing competing priorities while keeping residents and stakeholders at the centre of everything you do.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing tenancy and leasehold issues across your patch
  • Handling ASB cases, voids, arrears and repairs liaison
  • Leading estate inspections and resident engagement initiatives
  • Building relationships with clients, council departments, and contractors
  • Responding to complaints and managing day-to-day correspondence
  • Attending forums, panels, and community events as required
