We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Estates to lead operations across a large residential Build to Rent development in the Midlands. This is a site based leadership role responsible for overseeing the estate and common areas, ensuring high operational standards, compliance and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the on site estates team
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
- Manage contractors and service partners
- Ensure full health and safety compliance
- Monitor budgets and service charge expenditure
- Act as the main operational contact for stakeholders and clients
- Support delivery of projects, defects management and estate improvements
Requirements:
- Strong estates or facilities management experience
- Residential or BTR experience preferred
- Proven team leadership and contractor management skills
- Confident managing stakeholders and operational performance
- Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
This role is offered on a 6 months fixed term contract with an immediate start preferred.
