We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Resident Experience Assistant to join a vibrant residential community team. You will play a key role in ensuring residents receive a first-class experience throughout their tenancy while supporting the day-to-day operations of the building.

About the Role:

  • Building positive relationships with residents and creating a strong sense of community
  • Organising and hosting resident events, initiatives, and meet-and-greet sessions
  • Managing amenity spaces and ensuring communal areas are presented to a high standard
  • Handling rental enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and supporting the applicant process
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor appointments
  • Supporting apartment inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Assisting with rent arrears management
