Address: Waddon House - 283 Stafford Road, CR0 4FA Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:00pm Daily/Weekly
Duties: Daily walk around to check good order throughout site, buildings, and car park.
Report anything found.
Cyclical cleaning of all 4 buildings.
To be carried out on rotation.
To include hoovering, dusting, and polishing, including lifts and staircases.
Keeping garage clear of rubbish and obstruction.
Maintaining a good outside appearance within reason.
Sweep outside building and clear litter.
Take bins from all 4 bin stores to the main road for collection.
Taking Bins back in after collection.
Maintain clean and tidy bin stores, checking daily for spillage and bulky waste dumping.
Resident First Point of contact on site.
Visual checks on fire safety equipment, drainage and security entry systems.
Hoc
Duties: Cleaning anything that arises unexpectedly on site or in buildings/bin sheds.
Minor repairs.
Making areas safe if damage is found.
Inspecting larger/serious issues to inform engineers/workmen.
Clearing drainage and guttering within reach.
Watering Gardens in hot weather.
Assisting engineers with access and other minor works.
Adding notices to vehicles parked in wrong space.
