Resident Manager
We’re currently recruiting for a Resident Manager to join a leading Build to Rent operator and play a key role in delivering an outstanding resident experience.
This is a varied, customer focused role covering resident services, lettings and operations. You’ll be responsible for supporting residents throughout their journey, from initial enquiry and viewings through to move in and ongoing residency.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and support the leasing process
- Deliver a high level of customer service to prospective and existing residents
- Build strong relationships with residents, suppliers and contractors
- Carry out property inspections and ensure homes are maintained to a high standard
- Support move-ins, move-outs and deposit processes
- Help coordinate resident events and experiences
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support the wider on-site team with operations
- Assist with general queries, parcels, utilities and resident requests
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in property, lettings, Build to Rent, PBSA or Real Estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident conducting viewings and dealing with residents
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions focused
- Comfortable working in a busy, customer facing environment
- ARLA/property qualification is desirable but not essential
