We're working exclusively with a leading UK housing and property organisation to recruit a temporary Area Planner based at their Exeter office. This is a high-impact coordination role that sits at the heart of a busy operational team. THE ROLE

  • Plan and manage regional operatives' diaries to meet performance targets and KPIs
  • Schedule maintenance repairs to match operational needs and customer appointments
  • Maintain the scheduling system and keep internal and external stakeholders accurately informed
  • Liaise with customer service teams on appointments, updates, and issue resolution
  • Handle written, electronic, and telephone enquiries within agreed service standards
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on subcontractor purchase orders and variation orders
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR when handling customer data
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and escalate concerns appropriately
