We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Estates to lead operations across a large residential Build to Rent development in the Midlands. This is a site based leadership role responsible for overseeing the estate and common areas, ensuring high operational standards, compliance and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the on site estates team
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
  • Manage contractors and service partners
  • Ensure full health and safety compliance
  • Monitor budgets and service charge expenditure
  • Act as the main operational contact for stakeholders and clients
  • Support delivery of projects, defects management and estate improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong estates or facilities management experience
  • Residential or BTR experience preferred
  • Proven team leadership and contractor management skills
  • Confident managing stakeholders and operational performance
  • Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)

This role is offered on a 6 months fixed term contract with an immediate start preferred.
