• Managing the day-to-day operations across nearly 1,000 residential units in two landmark developments
• Taking ownership of safety and compliance requirements, especially for high-rise structures
• Visiting the sites regularly to maintain strong visibility and hands-on oversight
• Acting as the go-to for residents, contractors, and service teams to keep everything running smoothly
• This is a hybrid role with flexibility built in, but a strong site presence is essential to stay connected with the people and buildings you’ll be managing. The developments are modern, large-scale, and come with high expectations, so you\’ll need to be confident managing complexity and delivering service that stands out.
