The role Reporting to the Estate Manager, you'll be the engine room of the estates function.
You'll keep records, systems and trackers in order, prepare and issue reports and documents, manage a busy shared inbox, and help keep the portfolio compliant day to day.
It blends administration, coordination and customer contact, so you'll need to juggle priorities and stay on top of detail in a fast-moving environment.
It's a fully office-based role in Hertfordshire.
What you'll be doing Keeping records, central systems and task trackers accurate and up to date Preparing, issuing and distributing reports, management agreements and leasehold documents Managing the team inbox and making sure service standards and KPIs are met Supporting the complaints process, investigating and escalating where needed Helping with leasehold consents and certificates, and chasing debtor queries Liaising with managing agents, customers and external partners to keep everyone aligned Skills and experience Essential At least a year in an administrative or coordination role Confident with Outlook 365, particularly Excel and email Experience handling customer complaints and dealing with external parties Comfortable managing data and pulling together reports Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities Desirable Experience in property management or leasehold ATPI membership or above (they'll cover the cost of full membership) Full UK driving licence Why join them You'll join a friendly, close-knit team in a genuinely nice office with free on-site parking, on a salary of £35,000.
