We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join a growing Build to Rent business. This 3 day per week role will support the HR team with day-to-day people operations across the residential portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Assisting with HR administration and compliance
- Responding to basic HR queries and supporting employee relations
- Maintaining HR systems and documentation
About you:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Discreet, professional, and detail-oriented
- An interest in property or the Build to Rent sector is desirable
