Our client is seeking a highly skilled, technically driven Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering operations across two flagship PBSA assets. Working closely with senior leadership and on-site teams, you’ll take responsibility for performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of building services across both sites, leading a team of engineers to deliver a safe, efficient, and best-in-class living environment.   • Oversee maintenance and engineering operations across two PBSA sites

  • Coordinate external contractors to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery

  • Support capital projects, refurbishments, and lifecycle planning

Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or senior engineering role within PBSA, residential, hospitality, or similar environments. Strong M&E background, with clear expertise and qualifications in electrical engineering. Excellent knowledge of building services, compliance, and health & safety legislation. Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contractor performance. Hands-on, proactive, and driven to deliver high standards of service and performance.
