We are currently hiring for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a complex residential scheme based in South East London.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum DOE

The Role:

  • Lead the management of all major contractors operating within the development, including hard FM providers.
  • Ensure contract terms, SLAs, and KPIs are properly enforced.
