Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join their team at a luxury residential development based in East London. Working 40 hours per week, salary is £30,680 per annum.

Duties include:

  • Supervise the cleaning staff to clean to a high standard all internal common areas as directed by yourself and/or the Property Manager.
  • Report any defects, damage or security concerns to the Property Manager.
  • Report any defective light bulbs to the Property Manager.
  • Manage annual leave and time keeping for the Cleaning staff.
  • Assist with cleaning duties as and when required.
  • Manage and supervise cleaning materials which have been supplied by the Company only (please follow Health & Safety guidelines, COSHH).
  • Flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by Property Manager.
  • Whilst on duty you should be of tidy personal appearance and wearing the uniform and identification badge provided.
