Our client is currently seeking an experienced Building Manager to join the team at a luxury development in Kingston.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 5pm

Salary: £35,000 Per Annum

Main duties:

  • Watering all plants and adjusting sprinklers.
  • Maintaining the grounds / external areas.
  • Litter Picking.
  • Light maintenance tasks such as changing of light bulbs / door handles.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
