We are recruiting an experienced Head Porter for an exclusive residential development in Kensington W14. Role Summary
As Head Porter, you will lead and manage the porter team, ensuring exceptional front-of-house service and seamless day-to-day operations across the building. You'll be the primary point of contact for residents, contractors and visitors, maintaining high service and security standards at all times.
Key Duties
- Lead Porter Team: Supervise, coordinate and motivate the porter/concierge team, managing rotas, performance and daily tasks to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery.
