We’re working with a respected managing agent looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Head of Department to lead their Block Management team across Sussex. You’ll manage an established team while continuing to oversee a select portfolio of developments. The role combines hands-on property management with leadership and strategic input, offering real autonomy and influence within the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Block Management team across multiple offices
- Manage key client relationships and act as the senior escalation point
