We’re working with a respected managing agent looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Head of Department to lead their Block Management team across Sussex. You’ll manage an established team while continuing to oversee a select portfolio of developments. The role combines hands-on property management with leadership and strategic input, offering real autonomy and influence within the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Block Management team across multiple offices
  • Manage key client relationships and act as the senior escalation point
  • Oversee service delivery, compliance, and process improvement
  • Shape team culture and support staff development
  • Contribute to business planning and regional growth

What you’ll need:

  • Strong background in residential block management
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of leasehold law and service charge management
  • Full UK driving licence
  • TPI or AssocRICS qualification (desirable but not essential)
