Role: Assistant Property Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday – 9-5.30pm - Hybrid working.

  • Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations
  • Issuing work orders to contractors
  • Supporting Health & Safety, Fire Risk and Asbestos actions
  • Assisting with service charge correspondence, budgets and mail merges
  • Updating property management systems
  • General administrative support to Property Managers
