Key Responsibilities

  • Logging and administering buildings insurance claims
  • Managing building-specific mailboxes and responding to leaseholder queries
  • Answering and triaging inbound calls
  • Assisting with and following up on site inspections
  • Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations
  • Issuing work orders to contractors
  • Supporting Health & Safety, Fire Risk and Asbestos actions
  • Completing LPE1 forms
  • Assisting with service charge correspondence, budgets and mail merges
  • Updating property management systems (e.g. MyBlockMan / Asana)
  • General administrative support to Property Managers
