We’re currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a growing team. This is a hands-on but strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking real ownership of a residential portfolio. You’ll be working closely with managing agents and internal teams, overseeing maintenance planning, managing compliance, controlling costs and helping to drive standards across the portfolio. The portfolio is mixed and interesting, offering a great balance of day-to-day involvement and longer-term planning.
We’re ideally looking for someone with:
- 5+ years experience in residential property management
- Experience overseeing managing agents and contractors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A proactive, people-focused approach
- A commercial mindset with attention to cost control
