Fitness Manager – Build To Rent – London

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Fitness Manager to lead the fitness and wellbeing offering across three modern residential sites in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about health, community and delivering exceptional experiences. You’ll be managing a range of on site fitness programmes, coordinating classes and supporting residents to make the most of their fitness spaces.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering a varied timetable of fitness classes for residents
  • Managing fitness spaces, equipment, and instructors across multiple sites
  • Promoting resident engagement and wellbeing through events and activities
  • Handling day-to-day operations, health & safety, and performance reporting
  • Helping to create a warm, inclusive community environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in fitness or wellness management (residential or hospitality a plus)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working independently across several locations
  • A genuine passion for helping others feel their best
