Salary: Up to Β£27,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am β 5.30pm (flexible start/finish times)

The Role
You'll support a small team of Property Managers with the day-to-day running of their portfolio, along with occasional support to the wider admin team when needed. Duties include:
- Logging and administering buildings insurance claims, keeping all parties updated
- Answering incoming calls and handling or redirecting queries
- Completing actions from site inspection reports
- Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations to Property Managers and clients
- Assisting with actions arising from Health
