Valet Position at luxury residential building in London SW3. 4 days on 4 days off; 7am-7pm.
The Role
The Valet is the very first member of staff that residents and visitors meet upon arrival. You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting residents and their guests, as well as parking/retrieving residents' cars. You must do this with the highest level of efficiency and competence, while building a professional rapport with the residents. You will also prioritise the safety and security requirements of the building, its residents, and guests, being alert to any potential security risks. Working alongside the Building Team, you will ensure the multiple service elements operate effectively to create a seamless one-team approach.
The Candidate
- Greet everyone with a professional and sincere warm welcome, ensuring a seamless transition into the reception.
- Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service, holding doors for guests, assisting with their luggage, calling for taxis and assisting with directions.
- Deliver and retrieve resident cars from the car park and drive to the front entrance upon requests, solely operating the car stacker.
- Ensure all resident car keys are stored safely in the relevant safe or dropped back to their apartment if required.
- Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for the development and company.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience as a Doorkeeper or Valet within a luxury fast-paced environment.
- Full clean UK (or EU with the option to be converted) driving licence minimum 2 years + over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
