Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic account oversight, upsell services, and drive new business development
- Act as the voice of the agency, advocating for client needs and expectations
- Handle sensitive issues with professionalism
- Lead business pitches and actively pursue opportunities through networking
- Supervise team performance, oversee all projects to ensure timely, on‑budget, and within‑scope delivery
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and retaining existing clients
Qualifications
- Experience managing Client Services teams of at least eight people
- Experience winning and retaining business with property clients
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Be commercially minded and strategic
- Have experience managing multiple stakeholders at C‑Suite level
- Be energetic, collaborative and goal‑oriented
