Together with our clients, we manage the full spectrum of site staffing from a single caretaker to an expansive, multi skilled team for some of the UK's largest residential developments. We are currently recruiting a Client Account Manager to join our team, initially on a 12-month maternity leave cover basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The ideal candidate will either have a background in recruitment or a people manager role and be looking to take the next step into an in-house role focused on client management and retention rather than sales, or have experience within HR and be looking for an exciting opportunity to broaden their skill set and develop within a growing company. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, problem-solving, and taking ownership of their accounts, while also having the opportunity to develop their understanding of recruitment, employment law, and account management.
