On behalf of our client, PMR are recruiting for a team of Cleaners to join the operations of a luxury residential development in South London. The chosen candidate will provide thorough and efficient cleaning services to all communal areas of the estate, alongside the on-site estate operatives and gardening personnel.
Location: South London
Rota: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (there may be flexibility on the working hours)
Salary: £21,606pa
Responsibilities:
- To provide the highest levels of customer service on site and to seek/achieve continuous improvement.
- To always act in a professional and courteous manner.
- To deliver the required, scheduled cleaning services to the development, including internal and external cleaning.
- To undertake cleaning, per the assigned building schedule to a high standard.
- To undertake litter picking around the assigned building external communal areas on a daily basis.
- To ensure the refuse and recycling areas are checked on a daily basis and kept clean and work with the assigned Estate operative where necessary to achieve this.
- To undertake spot cleaning carpet cleaning (where trained or assigned).
- To provide cleaning supply and stock dates to the Estate Manager for them to provide adequate and suitable supplies.
