We are working with a long-established and highly regarded central London property company to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to join their Property Management team. This is a varied and rewarding role managing an allocated portfolio of predominantly commercial properties, with some block management exposure. You will be part of a collaborative team supported by Reactive Maintenance and Facilities Co-Ordinators, reporting into the Associate Director of Property Management.

The Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leaseholders and tenants, handling queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively manage all key landlord and tenant events and critical date management via the CRM system.
- Oversee rent collection and service charge demand processes, liaising with Client Accountants and the Credit Controller.
- Prepare annual service charge budgets and assist with reconciling service charge receipts and expenditure.
- Manage reactive maintenance issues raised through the Fixflo portal, liaising with the facilities team to ensure completion.
- Oversee major works projects and manage the Section 20 consultation process.
- Ensure all properties remain compliant with Health & Safety regulations and Building Safety Act legislation.
- Review insurance requirements across the portfolio and manage renewals in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems (Tramps/Fixflo) for PPM and compliance purposes.
- Carry out property inspections and prepare detailed feedback reports for clients.
The Person
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Property Manager who is comfortable managing a mixed commercial and residential portfolio with a high degree of autonomy. You will be professional, well-organised and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client relationship management ability.
- Good time management, planning and budgetary skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable
- RICS, IFM or equivalent industry qualification.
- Experience using Tramps or similar property management platform.
- Experience using Fixflo or similar maintenance reporting platform.
Additional Information
Competitive salary of £37,000 – £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Training loan of up to £1,500 per year for professional development and membership costs. 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
