Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of its residential and living sector portfolio across PBSA, co-living, and emerging operational real estate markets. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you’ll play a key role across the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity appraisal and market analysis to tender submissions and client presentations. This is a high-visibility opportunity offering real influence, strong progression, and exposure to major projects within one of real estate’s fastest-growing sectors.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across PBSA, co-living, BTR, and the wider living sector.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of developers, investors, and asset management partners.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and site visits to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Prepare insight-led tenders, proposals, and commercial pitch materials.
- Conduct commercial appraisals, including forecasting, financial analysis, and performance modelling.
- Leverage AI tools and BI platforms to enhance market insight, reporting, and decision-making.
1–2 years’ experience within business development, commercial, operations, or real estate-focused roles.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and confidence working with data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using reporting tools.
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to translate market and operational data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Proactive, relationship-focused, and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
