About our client
Our client is a property management business, growing fast and looking to bring fresh talent into their team. They've seen strong, sustained year-on-year growth and are on an ambitious path to scale further over the next couple of years.
The role
They're looking for a senior property manager to take ownership of a portfolio of residential blocks, with room to expand as the portfolio grows. You'll have real autonomy here. This isn't a role where you're managing a fixed book and ticking boxes, it's one where you're expected to build and shape your patch as the business expands.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and directors
- Setting and managing service charge budgets and overseeing year-end accounts
- Procuring and managing contractors, including Section 20 consultation where needed
- Carrying out site inspections and staying on top of compliance, including HRBs where relevant
- Preparing for and attending AGMs and EGMs
- Playing an active part in growing the portfolio as new business comes in
Skills and experience
Essential- ATPI/MTPI qualification
- Proven experience managing a residential block portfolio, including budgeting and compliance
- Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Full UK driving licence
- HRB experience
