Working closely with the Property Manager, you'll ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and in line with leaseholder expectations.

About the Role

  • Overseeing maintenance activities and supervising estate-based staff and contractors.
  • Responding to leaseholder queries and managing communications via newsletters, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinating health and safety inspections and managing compliance actions.
  • Handling insurance claims, contractor instructions, and invoice approvals.

About You

  • Has experience in block/estate management or a related property role.
  • Is confident engaging with residents, contractors, and clients alike.
  • Is organised, detail-focused, and proficient with MS Office tools. Knowledge of Qube.
  • Understands service charges, lease obligations, and estate upkeep.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable: IRPM or other industry qualifications, contractor management experience, and a solid understanding of health and safety.
